From College to Career

Posted By Marilyn Hammond - 07/31/2014

Women's colleges are as diverse and the women they serve, and their 2014 graduates have launched careers that are equally wide-ranging. Kristen Lee, a basketball player and exercise and sport science major from St. Catherine University  now works as Graduate Assistant Coach, Women's Basketball, for Southwest Minnesota State University, while Holly Hmielewski, an up-and-coming fashion designer from Stephens College is launching her career in Los Angeles with Clover Canyon, a firm that produces trendy women's fashions.  From nursing to entrepreneurial fellowships, from engineering to sales development for an international firm, the Class of 2014 is well-prepared and well-received as they move out into the world.
