And that’s OK, because tonight is also about you. But I’m asking you to do something very different in the morning. Tomorrow, I would like for you to take up a cause that’s bigger than you and not about you. I’m asking you to carry out the real purpose for your life. I’m asking you to get passionate, purposeful and mad – M-A-D. Make-a-difference mad about some of the things that are hurting our community."

Changing Student Demographics
Today more women are attending college than men; many older, nontraditional students are earning degrees while raising families; and financial aid, scholarships, federal loan programs, and changed policies have opened collegiate doors for students of all income levels and cultural backgrounds.
